Exceptional stay at the Pan Pacific London! We were absolutely delighted to be given a room on the top floor with stunning views of he city. As this was a Valentine’s Day surprise for my wife, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates in our room (a truly special touch that made the occasionn even more memorable). Every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing the highest level of care.

I had an amazing stay at the Pan Pacific London. The rooms are luxurious, blending modern comfort with elegance. Despite the freezing weather outside, the indoor pool was perfectly heated, making for a relaxing swim even in the middle of winter. For those who prioritize fitness, the gym is also impressive, featuring top-notch equipment. The sauna and steam room were also lovely additions that were complimentary to use. For those booking through Amex FHR, we enjoyed a delicious complimentary breakfast and were able to use our £80 property credit for dinner at the in-house Straits Kitchen restaurant. We were also delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a high-floor room with a great city view. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to the city.

We had the breakfast , steak chips and chicken burger and every bite was perfect but keep in mind you pay service charge on room services. Also the hotel smells incredible !

I stayed here in late 2022 for 5 nights and had a lovely stay. The rooms are modern and nice to relax in, especially the Japanese-style bath / shower. Great views. Price is really good compared to other 5* hotels in London. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I was alone with my toddler, and staff were very kind to him and we must have been offered teddy bears 3-4 times every time they saw him. What really stood out to me from the visit though is the customer service. At the time of my stay, the spa cancelled a massage last minute. I was really disappointed as I couldn’t get anyone to watch my baby any other time. I left feedback at the end of my stay but didn’t overly complain or make a big deal about it. The director of wellness reached out of his own accord and offered to comp a treatment for me some time in the future. To my surprise, they actually did when I was back in London (staying elsewhere) in 2026! I appreciated this touch and look back fondly on my stay. I visit nice hotels regularly and this has made Pan Pacific stand out in my mind. I’ll stay with them again if I’m ever in town with any of their other properties.

Pan pacific hotel review We stayed at Pan Pacific London to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. I don’t often write reviews, but I rely heavily on them when choosing hotels, and the reviews here were extremely helpful. After our stay, I felt compelled to add my own. We were kindly upgraded on arrival, and the room was beautiful, calm and luxurious. The service throughout the hotel was warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful. Our couples massage was outstanding. Although we arrived a little late due to check-in, the therapists were incredibly gracious and unhurried. The massage itself was excellent, and the personalised aftercare advice for back pain and sciatica was especially appreciated. The hotel made our anniversary feel truly special with a bottle of wine and a beautifully decorated chocolate orange cake, complete with a handwritten card. Breakfast was another highlight — surprisingly good for a buffet. The curry was delicious, and the French toast, which was kindly made for us even though it wasn’t included, was exceptional — light, fluffy, perfectly balanced and possibly the best I’ve ever had. A wonderful combination of calm luxury and a fantastic central location. After this stay, we’ll be actively looking to stay at other Pan Pacific hotels when travelling overseas. Highly recommended.

Where do I begin? This is long, so bear with me. Pan Pacific London delivered the most exceptional, high-class travel experience I’ve had to date — and what a way to celebrate a milestone birthday. From the moment we made our reservation to the day of checkout, the service was truly top tier. Shortly after booking, I received a thoughtful acknowledgment along with an offer to assist with special arrangements. The team seamlessly coordinated birthday décor and cake, secured reservations at Ginger Lily, and arranged chauffeur services. Their communication was prompt, polished, and incredibly attentive, making every detail effortless. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the doorman, who assisted with our luggage, and check-in was swift and welcoming. Our early arrival was graciously accommodated, amenities were clearly explained, and we were personally escorted to our room for a full tour. Each time we entered or exited the hotel, we were met with genuine smiles and offers to assist — hospitality in its finest form. The room...the view.. ( We had the Premier Room) Room service, housekeeping, and turndown service were impeccable. The staff also provided excellent recommendations for local cafés, restaurants, and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed the serene sauna and stunning indoor infinity pool — a true oasis in the heart of the city. The location is ideal, with convenient access to entertainment, historic landmarks, shopping, and exceptional dining. Simply put, we cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. When we return to London, we have no interest in staying anywhere else. Thank you, Pan Pacific London, for making this celebration unforgettable.

We have just stayed for a few days at the Pan Pacific London and we had an amazing stay. It felt like a home away from home, since everyone was so genuinely kind and went the extra mile for us. From the door, to reception, concierge, house keeping (special thanks to Eimute),… everybody was outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and Daniel and Luvik amongst others started our day in the nicest way. Joanna and her colleague from concierge supported us with some activities. My kids even named their stuffed little lion (they received from a treasury hunt) after Alex from front desk, because they liked him so much. I am very happy I chose this hotel. :-)

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail—from the thoughtful amenities to the attentive service—made me feel valued and well cared for. The room service was incredible and the dressing gown was super soft and comfy compared to the usual hardware material ones you'd usually find in hotels. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a relaxing and memorable. A big thank you also Surart on reception and Lixin in the booking team. I look forward to returning soon.
